Do I need an account to enquire about a rental?
No. Share your name and mobile number, confirm it with a one-time code, and you can send an enquiry or book a viewing. We create an account for you in the background so you can track things later — you never set a password.
Is there a brokerage fee?
Browsing, enquiring and booking viewings are free. If a listing carries a brokerage or a service has a fee, it is stated up front and agreed before anything begins.
Can I see the owner's contact details?
Yes, once you have confirmed your mobile number. That keeps owners from being contacted by unverified numbers, which is why they list with us in the first place.
What happens after I move in?
Your rental agreement, rent payments and receipts are all in your BigBox account, and you will get a reminder before the agreement is due for renewal.
